With over 28 years of leadership in technology transformation across the utilities, heavy equipment, and biotechnology sectors, John has consistently driven innovation and operational excellence. At STEMCELL Technologies, he led the global deployment of SAP S/4HANA, enhanced cybersecurity measures, modernized software development and data engineering practices, and introduced AI capabilities. His team also implemented a robust Sales & Operations Planning process, significantly boosting operational efficiency and working capital improvements.

Prior to this, John served as Director of Global Enterprise Architecture and Global Innovation Leader at Finning International, and as Chief Enterprise Architect at BC Hydro. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, fostering innovation, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
